Program Orientation & Application
All applicants must complete an application to the Vocational Nursing Program. These applications will be provided at the orientation.
Orientations last approximately two (2) hours. Please arrive 10 minutes before the schedule in order to be seated. Due to limited space, we cannot allow visitors or children. No entry to the Auditorium after Orientation starts.

Admission Requirements
- Attend ONE mandatory program orientation
- An official U.S. accredited high school transcript showing completion of the 12th grade, G.E.D. or U.S. high school equivalent.
- Completion of English 1A and College Level Math or higher and with “C” grade or higher in both.
- Have an overall GPA of 2.5 in Science and 2.0 in English-1A
- Complete the following prerequisites (or acceptable equivalents) within 5 years prior to enrollment with a “C” grade or higher in each class:
- Anatomy & Physiology course 4-8 units (e.g. BIO-106, or both BIO-108 and BIO-112);
- Nutrition (or BIO 134)
- Child Growth and Development (or CDEV 53 or CDEV 67 or PSYC 21)
- 18 years of age or older
- A Physical Examination and proof of immunity for specified communicable diseases.
