Day 01 ARRIVE PARO
Arrive in Paro. Upon arrival at Paro Airport (7,000ft) meet by your local guide and transfer to Thimphu, through the beautiful valleys of Paro to the capital of Bhutan. Check in the Hotel, evening scroll down town.

Day 02 THIMPHU - SIGHTSEEING
Thimphu to the capital of Bhutan, where most of the modern facilities is still not reach, some say that Thimphu is only capital in the world without the computerised tariff lighting system.
Morning visit memorial Chorten built in the memory of Lt. His Majesty the King by Royal Queen Mother, visit Cahngkha Lhakhang, Motithang mini Zoo to see the National animal The Takin. Drive down to viewpoint from where you have magnificent view of Thimphu valley; visit National Library to see the large collection of traditional books, Folk Heritage museum where you can see the typical Bhutanese house and their way lifestyle and school of arts & craft (Painting School).
Afternoon if possible you can visit Tashichodzong, the parliament house of the country, handmade paper factory and some of the local Handicraft centre. Evening at leisure.

Day 03. THIMPHU - PUNAKHA
Morning visit Institute of Traditional Medicine and Bhutanese hand made paper factory. Later transfer to Punakha through Dochula Pass from where one can see beautiful view of Eastern Himalayan Range on the clear sunny day. Visit Punakha town and visit the Punakha Dzong, which is the summer residence of Central Monastic body. Later visit Wangdi town.

Day 04. PUNAKHA – Thimphu.
Morning visit Crown Prince's Monastery, later transfer to Wangdi and Wangdi dzong on the way back visit chimi Lhakhang. Evening transfer to Thimphu on the way visit Simtokha Dzong. Overnight at Hotel
Day 05. THIMPHU – PARO.
Early morning transfer to Paro, visit Ta Dzong, the National Museum housed in an ancient watchtower, which has a fine collection of ancient Thangka painting, textiles, weapons and artifacts. Visit Dungtse Lhakhang and walk around the Ugyen Pelri Palace and the traditional wooden bridge.

Day 06. PARO – SIGHTSEEING.
Morning hike to Taktsang monastery and on the way back visit the ruins of Drugyel Dzong. This Dzong is of historical importance, from whose ramparts the Bhutanese repelled Tibetan invaders. On a clear day one can view the sacred Mount Chhomolari, Mountain of Goddess (24,000 ft). and visit Kichu Monastery.

Day 07. Deaprture.
Early morning transfer to Airport to connect your onward flight.
